Happy Chinese New Year!

It's been a busy couple of months since my last post. I've been busy learning lots of stuff -- here's a synopsis of what I've been up to!

I can jump now... sort of. The running approach, the coiling of the body, the leap upward... just missing the part where the feet leave the ground!



I should like it noted in the record that I was the first of my siblings who dared to take a tour of the rink on skates with dad. Seeing my intrepid example, Ethan and Isaac were finally coaxed into giving it a try, too, and found they quite enjoyed it. But they would never have known without me to lead the way. Even pregnant mom gave it a whirl -- Hurrah for Girl Power!

And, finally, Happy Golden Year of the Pig -- Gongxi fa cai (Hongbao na lai)!
