It's coming up on a week since mom orphaned Isaac and I in Indiana and flew off to Idaho with James and Ethan. Good thing a nice couple from church were kind enough to take us in. :) It's different not having mom and dad around, but Bro. and Sis. Holt are great. While we've stayed with them, they've taken us out lots of places -- this is a picture of us on a hike. Look how well Isaac and I fit into the family!
While we've been here, Lydia has been my best friend. She and I get along just fine. We're exactly the same age, and just about the same size. (And it certainly doesn't hurt that she and her older brother Evan have fun toys, too!).
Too bad dad has been missing out on all the fun -- while we enjoy the beautiful weather and the great outdoors,
I bet he's somewhere inside this building all the time (University Hospital, The University of Michigan)!
